Zirconia Solid is entirely metal-free and has strength and durability compared to traditional PFM (porcelain fused to metal) restorations. This feature helps prevent gingival darkening and only requires traditional cementation.
The benefits of zirconia solid include that it has long-term reliability, the tissue in the mouth responds healthily, it's hypoallergenic, it can come in tooth-colored material, and more.
In addition to the other benefits of zirconia, this kind can be made to match any shade and have an enhanced aesthetic compared to different types of bridges or crowns.

Zirconia Layered is another entirely metal-free material. This prevents gingival darkening and removes the possibility of exposing metallic margins if gum recession were to occur.
Other benefits of this material include a beautiful, more natural-looking aesthetic. They are very strong and biocompatible. They are great long-term, have a healthy tissue response, and can be used anterior and posterior.
This type of crown is tougher and more durable than zirconium crowns. They're made from lithium disilicate crystals which make them less prone to chipping than zirconium crowns.
This type of material is also hypoallergenic, metal-free, builds on already enamel porcelains, comes in natural variations of color and translucency, and provides excellent aesthetics.
Celtra is s Zirconia-reinforced lithium silicate. It is similar to E.Max, but is stronger due to the Zirconia in it.
Other benefits of this material include cosmetic opalescence, translucency, and it has excellent stability and easily polishable.
We have a Form2 3-D printer. We accept digital scans from the dental offices and process the models in-lab. We accept digital scans from Carestream, 3M, & Primescan. We can also accept STL files.
We use Model Resin and Temporary CB Resin. The Form printer with model resin prints dies and margins within ±35 microns. Temporary CB Resin is fast, durable, aesthetically pleaseing and can stay in a patients mouth for up to 12 months.
